Delete your account

You can delete your Zenkai G account at any time. Deleting the app alone does not delete your account.

In the game

1. Open Settings → Account.
2. Tap Delete account.
3. Type DELETE and confirm.

Deletion starts at once. The game then restarts as a new guest.

Without the app

Email support@zenkaig.com with the subject Delete my account. Include your account ID (Settings → Account → Account ID) or send the email from the address linked to your account, so we can confirm the account is yours. We confirm by email and complete the deletion within 30 days.

What is deleted

• Your driver profile and driver card
• Crew membership, friends and friend requests
• Ghosts, liveries and photos you published
• Your G and items
• Your cloud save and its backups
• Linked email or Google sign-in
• Progress stored on the device you delete from

Online data is deleted within 30 days. Backups are overwritten within 30 days after that.

What is kept

• Finished event results, so past leaderboards stay correct. Your name and account ID are replaced with an anonymous driver.
• Purchase records, for 7 years, because tax and accounting law requires them.
