Terms of service

Zenkai G · Last updated 22 October 2026

These terms are the agreement between you and Wai Tsui, an independent developer in the United States trading as Zenkai G ("we"), for playing the Zenkai G game and using its online services. By playing, you agree to them. Please read the short community rules and the part about G and purchases in particular.

How we handle your information is described in the Privacy notice.

Who can play

You must be at least 13 years old to play. If you are under the age of majority where you live, a parent or guardian must agree to these terms for you and is responsible for your purchases.

Your account

  • The game creates a guest account the first time you go online. Link an email or Google account in Settings → Account to keep it if you change or lose your phone. An unlinked guest account cannot be recovered after the app is deleted.
  • Keep your sign-in to yourself. You are responsible for what happens on your account.
  • Accounts are personal. Do not share, sell, buy or transfer them.
  • You can delete your account at any time. See Delete your account.

Your licence to play

We give you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to play the game for your own non-commercial entertainment. The game, its cars, courses, art, music, characters and code belong to us or our licensors. Do not copy, modify, sell or reverse-engineer the game, except where the law allows it.

G and purchases

  • G and items are a licence, not property. G is the game's currency. G, cars, parts, liveries, passes, Files and other items have no cash value, cannot be exchanged for real money, and cannot be sold or transferred to another account. They are kept on our servers and tied to your account.
  • Payments go through Apple or Google. Their terms apply to the payment, and refunds are requested from them (see Support). Prices are shown in your store's currency before you buy.
  • No refunds from us for G or items, except where the law or the store's policy requires one. This does not affect your legal rights as a consumer.
  • Refunded or reversed payments. If a payment is refunded, charged back or reversed, we remove what it bought. If you already spent the G, your G balance can go below zero until it is covered by G you earn or buy.
  • Random rewards. Draws and packages with random contents show their odds in the game before you spend anything. Paid random items are not offered where the law does not allow them.
  • Passes and cards give exactly what their in-game description says, for the period it states. Daily rewards that you do not claim on a given day are not kept.
  • Mistakes. If G or items reach your account by error or through a bug, we may correct the balance.

Community rules

Driver names, plates, crew names, messages, liveries and photos are seen by other players. Keep them clean.

  • No hate, harassment, threats or bullying.
  • No sexual or explicit content, and nothing involving minors.
  • No real personal information about anyone, including yourself: no phone numbers, addresses or real-world contact details.
  • No impersonating other players, staff or real people.
  • No illegal content, scams, spam or advertising.
  • No content you do not have the right to use.

Race fair:

  • No cheating, hacking, modified game files, bots or automation.
  • No exploiting bugs for an advantage. Report them to us instead.
  • No selling accounts, items or boosting for real money.

Report anything that breaks these rules from the player's profile or the crew screen. A person reviews reports. Depending on how serious it is, we may remove content, reset a name, remove results, or suspend or close the account.

What you share

You keep the rights to what you create, such as livery designs, plate text and photos. So that we can run the game, you give us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, store, display and share that content in the game and its online services, and to show it when we promote Zenkai G. The licence ends when you delete the content or your account, except for copies other players already have in their ghosts or finished event results. You confirm you have the right to share what you upload.

Online features and changes

Zenkai G is an online game that keeps changing. We may add, change or remove features, cars, events and items, adjust balance and prices, and schedule maintenance. Some features need an internet connection and may not be available everywhere. If we decide to shut down the game's online services, we will give at least 30 days' notice in the game.

Suspension and termination

We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, puts other players at risk, or is used for fraud. Where it is safe and lawful, we will tell you why and give you a chance to respond by emailing support@zenkaig.com. You can stop playing and delete your account at any time.

Our responsibility

We work hard to keep the game running well, but we provide it "as is" and cannot promise it will always be available or free of bugs. To the extent the law allows, we are not responsible for indirect or consequential losses, and our total responsibility to you is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits responsibility that cannot be limited by law, or your rights as a consumer.

Apple and Google

If you downloaded the game from the App Store, Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies. Apple and Google are not parties to these terms and are not responsible for the game or for supporting it; we are.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. We change the date at the top, and for important changes we tell you in the game before they take effect. If you keep playing after that, the new terms apply.

Law and disputes

If something goes wrong, please contact us first at support@zenkaig.com; most problems can be solved quickly. These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and of the state where we are established, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. If you play as a consumer, you also keep the protection of the mandatory laws of the country where you live and can bring a claim in your local courts.
